Scholarships

Who can apply?
Students from the McCall-Donnelly School District who plan to attend an accredited four-year college or a trade/certificate program.
What qualities are you looking for?
Hard work, athletic drive or active involvement, teamwork, integrity, and the ability to lift others—qualities that reflect Cody’s spirit.
How many awards are given and for how much?
One or more awards are made each year; amounts may vary based on funding and the applicant pool.
When are applications reviewed and awards decided?
Applications are reviewed by the Board by April 20; recipients are selected by May 1. Timelines are posted on the Scholarship page each year.
What can scholarship funds be used for?
Tuition, required fees, books, and approved tools/gear for trade programs. Awards are paid directly to the school.
How do I apply?
Email your materials (transcript, essay, activities list, and any required items) to codybrinkleyfoundation@gmail.com and mmcgree@mdsd.org. See the Scholarship page for current details.

Donations

Are donations tax-deductible?
Yes. The Cody Brinkley Foundation is an Idaho 501(c)(3). Donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law. You’ll receive a receipt by email; monthly donors receive an annual summary.
Can I make a recurring gift or use employer matching?
Yes—our Donate page supports monthly, quarterly, and annual gifts. Many employers match donations; use your emailed receipt to submit a match.

Do merchandise purchases support scholarships?
Yes. Net proceeds support the Scholarship Fund. Product pages show details on sizing, pricing, and availability.
